Editorial policy
Every figure published here follows the same route before it reaches a page, and this document is that route written down so it can be held against me. It covers which sources count, how conflicting numbers are handled, what never gets published whatever the traffic incentive, and what happens when a reader reports an error.
Source hierarchy
First priority goes to primary documents: an operator's own funding, formats, help and terms pages, plus regulator filings, statute text and court opinions. These are read directly and recorded with the date they were read, because operators change conditions without announcements and a figure without a date is a figure without a shelf life.
Second comes direct observation of a platform's public interface, which is how format availability and the presence or absence of a bid field get established.
Third comes documented user evidence on independent review platforms. This is always attributed as evidence rather than promoted to fact, with the aggregate rating and the date attached, because a single review is an anecdote and a pattern across low-star reviews is a signal.
Competitor comparison articles occupy no place in this hierarchy at all. They are read to see what is missing from them, never used as a source of figures. A number that appears only in another comparison article, with no primary confirmation, does not exist for the purposes of this site.
Handling conflict and absence
Sources disagree constantly in adult adtech, particularly on minimum deposits, which vary by payment method and get reported as a single figure by almost everyone. When two credible sources disagree, the page publishes the range and names the disagreement in the text. Resolving it silently by picking the tidier number would read better and would be a small lie.
Where an operator publishes nothing on a subject, the page says that nothing is published rather than leaving a flattering gap. This is why the fraud section of the home page states that only two of six platforms publish a specific policy. Absence is information.
Where a figure cannot be tied to a dated source, it is dropped. The comparison is narrower as a result, and that is the intended trade.
What never gets published
No invented first-person measurements. This site does not claim a cost per acquisition, a payout time or a fill rate it has not measured, and it does not dress documentation research up as campaign experience. A fabricated specific is the fastest way to destroy a page's credibility, because readers in this industry can check it.
No scores, ratings, rankings or superlatives in comparison tables, which is why Buy Adult Traffic carries dated facts and no verdict column. The right platform depends on offer, GEO and budget, and a number assigned by a publisher only obscures that. Columns carry facts; conclusions belong to the reader.
No content written to a commission. The affiliate disclosure page sets out what a commercial partner can ask for, and the answer is a link and nothing else.
No offers or platforms that fall outside the lines set on the advertising standards page, regardless of what they pay. No undated freshness signals. Verification dates on these pages correspond to when the sources were actually read, not to the last time the file was touched.
Corrections
Send a correction with a link to the primary source through the contact page. Reports are checked against the operator's own documentation within a few working days. Where an error is confirmed, the figure is fixed and the verification date on that page is updated in the same edit.
Where a correction is substantial rather than cosmetic, for example a deposit minimum or a legal date rather than a typo, the change is noted in the text of the page instead of being applied silently. Pages are not quietly rewritten to look as though they were always right.
Where a claim turns out to be unverifiable rather than wrong, it is removed rather than hedged into vagueness.
Review cycle
Comparison pages are re-checked against operator documentation on a rolling basis and after any event that plausibly changes the picture: a legal decision, a new state statute taking effect, a platform changing its funding terms or its format list. The age-verification material has the shortest half-life on the site, since the state count changes every legislative session, and it is treated as the first thing to re-read rather than the last.
Authorship
Everything here is written by one named person with a public profile, and the byline is not decorative. There is no anonymous content, no rotating freelance pool and no syndicated filler. These editorial rules are commitments rather than contract terms; the enforceable conditions of use live in the terms and conditions, the handling of reader data is in the privacy policy and the cookie policy, and everything covered by this policy is listed on the sitemap.
